Hockey Splits Weekend Pair

Titan Hockey picked up a 5-3 road win on Friday over Alpena and lost a tough 7-4 decision to Saginaw Heritage on Saturday.  West will now get some time off and refocus for the MHSAA tournament beginning next week.

Boivin Advances To Regionals

Christian Boivin advanced in the MHSAA tournament finishing fourth in the district round at Grand Haven Saturday.  The Titan Junior will compete in the Grandville Regional this week; good luck Christian!

Schermerhorn Voted West Athlete of the Week!

  Student Senate voted Michael Schermerhorn our West athlete of the week for his performance vs. Cadillac High School last Wednesday.   The sophomore forward scored three goals leading the Titans to a road win over the Vikings!   West is proud of Mike and wishes all our Titan hockey players good luck this weekend as they

Wrestling Falls in Districts

Titan wrestling lost to Grand Haven last night in MHSAA team district action.  Winner for West were Wyatt Nied @ 145 & Christian Boivin @ 189.   Good luck to our wrestlers on Saturday at individual districts in Grand Haven.

Kehoe Hat Trick Leads West Over Petoskey!

Murphy Kehoe netted three goals leading the Titans to an 8-3 win over the Northmen last night at Howe Arena.  Schermerhorn had two goals with LaFaive, Leslie & Meyer adding single markers; Mason West recorded 26 saves.  Good luck to the boys on Friday night; puck drop in Alpena is 6 pm.

Titan Boys Alpine 2nd @ MHSAA Regional!

West boys finished in 2nd place yesterday at Cannonsburg with Aiden Lewandowski leading the way for the Titans.  The girls finished 4th overall with Ava Warren qualifying for the state meet as an individual.  Please see details from yesterday’s races below.
