This past summer we ran a series on some of our all-time athletes at West; the process focused on MHSAA sports only and that certainly left out some outstanding people. If folks out there have stories on West grads doing special things in the world of sports shoot me an email– love to recognize their athletic journeys, accomplishments and adventures.
Larry Warbasse, a 2008 grad, is a professional cyclist with a resume that expands all across Europe. His cycling career has evolved since his amateur days with Priority Health Cycling Club to now as a pro and a member of a French team: AG2R Mondiale. West is proud of Larry; his amazing journey on roads across the world continues— he currently sits 29th at the Giro d’Italia check out the link and follow his adventures in Italy. Truly an all-time great.
