TC West JV and Varsity Girls Basketball Split with Cadillac

The lady JV girls’ basketball team defeated Cadillac 35-31 in a close game.  Maddie Medler led the team with 7 points.  Alexis Fulcher chipped in with 6 points and 8 boards. TC West Freshman Girls Basketball Defeats Cadillac

The TC West Freshman girls’ basketball team defeated Cadillac 36-13.  Jordan Orr led the team with 8 points and 9 rebounds.  Taylor Metz, Delaney Derusha and Olivia Farkas chipped in with 6 points each.  Ashley Trouslot also contributed 8 rebounds and 2 assists.  Their next game is this Friday at Gaylord.

Brianna Rickert named West Athlete of the Week!

Congratulations to Brianna Rickert; Student Senate voted her Athlete of the week for performance last week. Brianna Rickert led the Lady Titans to a 4th straight undefeated season with games of 172 & 223 over Traverse City Central.  The Titans also clinched their 7th straight conference championship with Brianna securing her 4th Dream Team honor.

Alpine Ski Regional Results

The Titan Alpine ski team competed under the sun at Schuss Mountain Monday taking part in the MHSAA Division 1 Regional Ski meet.  The Girls finished Third, qualifying for the State Meet, behind Marquette and TC Central.  The boys finished fourth with individuals Evan Culp (Slalom and GS) & Logan Pitser (GS) qualifying for the

Competitive Cheer Compete @ Houghton Lake

The Traverse City West Competitive Cheer team took second place today at the Houghton Lake Invitational.  West defeated Alpena in the opening round.

West Wrestling Advances 6 to Individual Regional

The Titan Wrestling team competed in the MHSAA individual tournament today in Midland advancing six wrestlers to the Regional round.  West, coming off a team district win on Wednesday, look for continued success in both MHSAA arenas in the week ahead.  Good luck to all our Titan Wrestlers— please see details from today’s event below
