Football Results Week 5

West varsity football defeated Cadillac in Big North Conference action Friday putting their overall record at 4-1 with one game remaining.  It was a familiar story for the Titans with Konchek looking comfortable throwing the ball to Frechette and Gaston, Boivin and O’Connor making big plays and Zoutendam creating turnovers on defense.  Credit to both

Football Defeats Petoskey!

Titan varsity football posted a solid 41-7 win over the Northmen on Saturday afternoon at Thirlby field.  Big plays on offense included a long TD run from Christian Boivin and a Paddy O’Connor reverse on 4th and 12 for a score.  The defense pitched a shutout with the only Petoskey points coming on a kick-off

Football Week 9: West hosts Petoskey

Titan football will conclude the regular season at home vs. Petoskey on Friday night.  Kickoff is set for 7 pm at Thirlby field; we will honor seniors from the team, band and cheer squad before the game.  West is coming off  convincing wins at both the JV & Varsity level last week vs. Gaylord.  The

Gaylord High School has canceled the Freshmen Football game for today at 4 pm.  The JV Game willl kick off at 6 pm tonight at Thirlby field.

Football Week 8 @ Gaylord

Titan Football hits the road this week for a Big North Conference game at Gaylord High School.  West is coming off a rainy 42-0 win over Cadillac and looks to keep things rolling vs. the Blue Devils.  The Junior Varsity team played to 29-29 tie last week vs. Mt. Pleasant and will host Gaylord Wednesday

Football Week 7: @ Cadillac

Varsity football travels this week and will head south to Cadillac for a BNC clash on Friday.  West is coming off a homecoming win over Flint Carmen-Ainsworth and looks to continue their winning ways vs. the Vikings.   Remember the sub-varsity schedule is a little different this week;  both games will be at Thirlby on Wednesday.

Titan Football Week 6: Homecoming Hosts

West football hosts Flint Carmen Ainsworth this week; the homecoming kick is scheduled for 7 pm on Friday.  The Titans come off a 37-6 win vs. the Wildcats on Saturday and look to continue their winning ways against the Cavs.  The sub-varsity programs will split up with the Freshmen, coming off a 31-12 win vs.

Football Week 5: Titans Host Alpena

West Football looks to bounce back after falling to TCC in the annual Patriot Game Friday night.  The Freshmen also lost to the Trojans 21-7 while the JV team scored a late touchdown to tie 28-28 on Thursday.  All teams will look to get a W this week; the sub varsity travels to Alpena while

Titan Football turns their attention to Holt High School this week after coming off a big win vs. Grand Haven High school last night at Thirlby field.  The sub varsity teams will travel on Thursday looking for their first wins on the season after falling to the Bucs 21-7 in the Freshmen game & 28-14
